A Visualisation for Partners or Lovers

Although Valentine’s Day has come and gone, there is nothing to say that you can’t do a visualisation to increase positive energy into your relationship any time you feel the need. It can be especially powerful to do this coming into a Waxing Moon or Full Moon phase.  These Moon phases will increase one’s motivation to commit to what you are trying to achieve as well as giving you insights on where you can put your intentions into action.

As the Moon progresses towards fullness, look honestly at your current relationship, and see where you can add newness or some extra care.  If doing it together, it could be fun for both of you to write out areas that you feel may need this and then bring them into the imagery in some way.

Preparation and Focus:

Before you begin you may wish to make the following “Lovers Blend”, this can be either applied physically to your face (away from eyes) and into your neck and shoulders or just add the following drops (no carrier oil) into an essential oil burner prior to starting the visualisation.  This blend will give you positive energy and focus.

 

The Lovers Blend:

1 drop of Ylang Ylang Essential Oil (aphrodisiac).

2 drops of Rose Absolute EO (to enhance Love and attraction)

2 drops of Patchouli or Sandalwood EO’s (sensuality/aphrodisiac)

Alternatively add: 3 drops of Geranium (for harmony and balance)

Into 20mls of Almond Oil (carrier oil)

Before you Start:

Spend time either together or alone and write out any areas in your relationship that you feel may need some helpful vibes. Then turn these concerns into positive affirmations to be read out loud or for them to be placed upon the altar to enhance your desired outcomes.

Prepare yourselves, by taking a cleansing bath or shower, washing away any negative thoughts or blockages that may prevent your focus during this time together.  Wear empowering clothing, jewellery, aftershave, and perfume or apply the Lovers Blend as directed.

The Love Altar:

Use the following suggestions to create and represent your feelings of love and attraction.

Ribbons: red, pink, or gold                     Flowers/Herbs: Damiana, red roses and petals, honeysuckle, apple pips

Crystals: Rose quartz                           Candles: Red or pink

Cards: Tarot or Oracle cards, ones that represent you both and energy you want to attract. Place them in front of you on the table (altar).  Now you are ready to perform the visualisation.

The Visualisation:

Sit comfortably by your altar and take three deep slow breaths, relaxing your body and your mind. Then call in the Elements - Earth, Water, Air and Fire and ask your Spirit Guides to be present,

State the following aloud and with feeling:-

Earth, Water, Air and Fire hear our desires.

and Spirit Guides gives us protection to empower,

Love, Joy and Happiness and our wish to be together.

Is the key to success, bringing hearts together as one

In a loving sweet caress.

A win/win solution to challenges that arise.

Honesty, respect, and an open heart will cement our love

for all time.

As it will, so mote it be!

 

Leave the altar as it is over night and know that the universe will be manifesting your love wishes.
