The world of quantum physics tells us that everything can be broken down ultimately to energy. In our physical material world, the energy is dense but every item can be broken down to electrons and photons.  Quantum physics is the study of matter and energy at the most fundamental level. It aims to uncover the properties and behaviours of the very building blocks of nature.

While many quantum experiments examine very small objects, such as electrons and photons, quantum phenomena are all around us, acting on every scale.

Can you feel quantum phenomena around you?

What is your personal experience? Here are some of the more common quantum phenomena;

·      A message, often non-verbal, from a passed loved one.

·      A dream that brings a story that foretells the future.

·      Dared to think the unthinkable.

A message from a passed loved one, a dream and a thought are all forms of energy. We meet them in our everyday lives but perhaps don’t recognise them for what they are.

It never ceases to amaze me when you speak to people who have been bereaved, how many have received a message from their passed loved one. Mostly non-verbal, they can be a knowing of their presence, an object moved, a smell, a feather or many other ways to communicate. They are often messages of love and caring, trying to ease your unhappiness at their departure.

Dreams can be fantastical as they use and stretch your imagination to tell a story about you. But if you take how you feel when you wake up, consider if there are any parallels with you ordinary, physical life and consider the symbolism being used to give a message, you will be amazed at what you learn.

Just daring to think the unthinkable brings it one step closer to appearing in our material world. You can’t bring something into the world if you don’t think and know about what that something is.

Can you understand what these phenomena are saying to you?

Think of a time in your childhood when you had upset your mum. Were you aware she was cross with you? Could you feel her irritation and perhaps what you had done to create it? I know I can.

You are much more connected to others than perhaps you realise.

Sensing how your mum feels – happy, cross, upset are simple examples of you using your connection to quantum phenomena through universal energy to receive some information. Your human make-up is designed to be able to both give and receive information through the universal quantum field. We were born with it and quite rightly just use it.

So, what is intuition?

Intuition is that feeling inside often around the heart area that tells you something about your external world. It can alert you to whether a person or situation is safe or not, is a person trust worthy, will something you desire happen.

You are sensing the energy around you to help you to do what is right for you.

Our own physical body, emotions and minds are much more sophisticated technology than many of us realise. It was designed and born into us to help us to reach our highest potential. All we need do is to be aware of it and let it talk to us.
