Magic is all around us, you see it in Nature, Smell it in Aroma and Create it with Verse. When we tap into all three then Miracles will occur!

In this Series, “Magical Herbs, Aroma and Verse” the focus is on using Magical Energies that we can use to create things that we want or to eliminate things that no longer serve us in our life, using Herbs, Aromatherapy, Crystals, Moon Energy, Colour and Verse being a few of the areas that I cover.

The Benefits of Practising Gratitude

Today my focus is about the benefits of practicing Gratitude and sharing a Christmas Gratitude Verse with you, being a reminder on what we have in our lives to be grateful for, especially when others have little during this time of the year.

Practising gratitude can help to rewire our brain to think more positively and in turn help us feel more content and happier with what we already have.

Being grateful helps us realise that the most important things in life, the ones we become truly grateful for are the simple things, it is also about appreciating all that you already have and for the positive experiences you encounter when they happen and taking the time to focus on them.

Keeping a journal and writing regularly about what you are grateful for, helps you see things in a new light, and lifts the weight of worry, greed, stress, and other negative emotions that keep us having a healthy mental outlook.

Sometimes it may be hard to find something to be grateful for, but by writing down what you already have to be grateful for will attract more positive energy towards you and in turn will bring more things into your life to be grateful for.

Christmas Gratitude Verse:

Saying I am grateful for what I have is deeper than the words that come out of my mouth.

This time of the year with Christmas coming it is easy to forget as we focus on all the trimmings.

So, leading up to the special day, instead spend some time noting what you have in your life to be grateful for,

a family who loves you, food on the table, gifts to share when others aren’t able.

It is the simple things that matter the most, not the money you have spent on gifts and for the host.

It is a sharing of love an opening of the heart and remembering what Christmas is all about.

Good will to mankind, love, peace, and joy, and kindness towards others, even the strangers who pass you by.

Often expressed through giving and helping but without expectations.
