• Nature pause: step outside and feel your feet on the ground.
• Breath reset: inhale for four, exhale for six, five times.

Pay attention to the after-feeling. Do you feel calmer? Clearer? More present?
If yes, keep it. If not, let it go. No forcing. Your path should feel honest.
